1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, scheduling a tour, or enrolling your child at R' Saplings KidZ PreSchool & DayCare, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies.
2. Enrollment & Admissions Policy
Admissions are open to children aged 6 months to 6 years, depending on the program (Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG, UKG, Class 1, or Daycare). Enrollment is confirmed upon completion of all registration paperwork, verification of identity/health records, and payment of the required fees.
3. Safety, Security, & CCTV Access
The safety of children is our topmost priority:
- Parents are granted secure credentials to access the live CCTV feed.
- Sharing CCTV credentials with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.
- Only registered parent(s) or authorized guardians are permitted to pick up children from the campus.
4. Fees & Refund Policy
All preschool and daycare fees must be paid in accordance with the billing schedule. Registration and tuition fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in the enrollment agreement.
5. Modification of Services
We reserve the right to modify operating hours, curriculum guidelines, or holiday schedules as required by local authorities, early education guidelines, or emergency circumstances.
